Tackling our main floor renovation was a daunting task. For years we were polarized by indecision and then we called Pam Milaney of Great Spaces. Pam was our bright light of clarity in an overwhelming sea of design possibilities. We greatly appreciated the ability to call her in as needed and found her consulting fees were worth every penny. From the initial consult discussing layout to the end where we considered furnishings, Pam was our touchstone through every phase. She was always available to offer advice and lend a perspective. This eased our stress greatly and gave us the confidence to move through the process quickly. Initially, we were concerned that having someone design a space for us would dictate their tastes rather than consider our own. Nothing could be further from the truth. We realize that due to Pam’s aptitude for design, keen eye for space planning and her ability to guide our choices, we are living in a first rate version of a home that reflects us and our tastes. She is the best!

In 2006, my sister and I purchased our first townhouse. We were clueless as to how to decorate it. Pam from Great Spaces helped us with everything from choosing paint colours to furniture and accessories. At the end of it all, our townhouse looked phenomenal. Seven years later, when we upsized to a single family detached home, we called on our trusted and reliable source of inspiration – Pam! Pam waved her magic wand and transformed our new house into a beautiful home. Pam incorporated many of our favourite furniture and accent pieces from our townhouse. She made recommendations on interior and exterior paint colours, floor coverings (including tile and area rugs), decorator items and artwork. Most importantly Pam ensured that we stayed within our budget. Without a doubt, it is another great space by Pam!

We first met Pam when we walked into her store. I had my eye on a table but wasn’t sure it was going to work in our new kitchen as the renovation was not at furniture point. She asked to see our main samples and things took off from there. She came for a consult and was wholeheartedly invested in our project from then on.

We would like to thank Pam for helping us create a home that is warm and welcoming. With her expertise in visualizing a concept and bringing it to life, she transformed our house into a home.
